Relief Educators
Families may utilise multiple Educators when in need of casual care or extra days out of the usual routine care.

If you are not already in contact with one of our Educators, we can assist in your selection. We will provide 2 Educator's contact details (if possible) to book a tour of their Family Day Care residence.

Child Care Fees
Direct debit payments
"Payments are processed automatically from your bank account every fortnight, allowing hassle free reimbursements.
Simply have sufficient funds and Wattle Tree takes care of the rest."

Fee rates
Our Educators are self-employed and work under contract with Wattle Tree. They decide their own fee schedule, they range from:
Standard: $11.00 - 12.00
Non-Standard: $12.00 - 13.30
Casual Care: $12.20 - 15.50

Rates are calculated per hour of care.
Admin Levy of $2.00 is included.
Sessional charges
Educators charge fees as a per day "session" amount, which entitles families to use any part of the set hours within that session. Families pay for the entire session amount, including public holidays and child absent days.
Administrative fees
An admin fee of $0.75 charges may apply if:

Manual payment processing fee: $5.00

How much you can get
The amount of Child Care Subsidy you can get depends on your circumstances.
Gap fee payments
While CCS pays for part or most of the child care fees, families will still have to pay the remainder electronically.
